Basis
Stuart is based on an LB&SCR Class E2 0-6-0T, particularly the second batch of locomotives built with extended side-tanks. Thomas and Billy (green tank engine) shares the same basis.
Livery
Stuart is royal blue with white lining. His name is gold and his nameplate is red. His wheels are black and his siderods are red.
